I had some past bad experiences with contractors, so I’m a bit dubious hiring these guys. After spending time with Sergie and Co. about the project, I see their sincerity and dedication with their job. So I gave them my trust and confidence on converting my receiving room to a 4 bedroom. This guys did not disappoint me, they were so experienced and knows what to do on how to get the job done. From my bathroom to floors, bedrooms, electrical, plumbing… Name it, they have a very wide knowledge and experience. And what amazed me is how affordable they charge labor and materials with the quality of work they do. Looking ahead for another project with them. I surely and highly recommend them for homeowners who are looking for a quality yet for a fraction of your budget. Most important thing for me is their honesty, we need contractors like them.
