I had some past bad experiences with contractors, so I’m a bit dubious hiring these guys. After spending time with Sergie and Co. about the project, I see their sincerity and dedication with their job. So I gave them my trust and confidence on converting my receiving room to a 4 bedroom. This guys did not disappoint me, they were so experienced and knows what to do on how to get the job done. From my bathroom to floors, bedrooms, electrical, plumbing… Name it, they have a very wide knowledge and experience. And what amazed me is how affordable they charge labor and materials with the quality of work they do. Looking ahead for another project with them. I surely and highly recommend them for homeowners who are looking for a quality yet for a fraction of your budget. Most important thing for me is their honesty, we need contractors like them.

Showed up two hours late after we agreed to meet at 2pm and then tore apart the shower valve and left it broken. Didn’t communicate and he didn’t repair, avoid!

I asked you in advance if it’s okay if I come later, because the circumstances are not planned! you agreed, and when I arrived and examined your faucet, which was broken and leaking and was rusty (I have a photo), I said that it should be completely replaced! I offered you different options on how to do it, then you didn’t like it and you angrily wrote unpleasant things to me! I want to note that I did not ask you for a single cent! I did the analysis for free, spending two and a half hours of my time and money for gas, I got a lot of negativity! all the best to you!
