- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Every deck and fence is priced from the actual scope. Size, materials, framing or post conditions, access, demolition, railings, gates, stairs, drainage, and permit requirements can all affect the total. Cascadia provides free project estimates and a clear written scope before construction. We do not rely on surprise fees or unconfirmed discount claims.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start with your goals, project address or ZIP code, and a few wide photos. Next we review the site, access, existing conditions, preferred materials, and timeline. We then prepare a written scope with the main assumptions and available options. During construction we keep decisions visible, communicate changes before proceeding, clean the work area, and finish with a final walkthrough.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our team brings more than 10 years of combined hands-on construction experience, including deck and fence construction, framing, finish carpentry, material planning, and jobsite safety. Cascadia is a licensed, bonded, and insured Washington general contractor registered under CASCADF741LJ.
