I would highly recommend Juan Manuel for windows and all other remodel work. We hired him to install 2 windows in our master bedroom in a wall where there were none. We had very minimal light due to that, and the two big windows made such a huge difference in the room! Manuel was very professional, on time, and did an excellent job in installing these windows without any hassle. He communicated well, gave us the best quote, came well prepared by pre-painting the trim, and brought his brother so that the work can happen much faster. We went from no windows to 2 beautiful ones in half a day! They kept everything clean, and even moved wires from the wall! I would highly recommend

I am grateful for Manuel who came out to our house and installed a transom window in the bathroom for us , what an improved difference it is ! Manuel really did excellent and careful work , was punctual , timely, hard working and efficient , very neat and tidy too . He expertly and conscientiously kept from damaging any surrounding drywall during his cuts. He also brilliantly problem-solved on the spot a big challenge that came up when looking into the wall too . He’s an awesome person, a true master of his craft , and I’d honestly say the very best contractor that I’ve hired in a long time . I’ll definitely be a repeat customer when there’s an opportunity to do so, it’s great to have someone now who I can contact who is so terrific and reasonable too . I HIGHLY and enthusiastically recommend him.

I had submitted a request for a fence repair job to another contractor. Apparently, this request was visible to Juan Manuel, since he reached out to me saying that he would be happy to help me. I replied with further details and he said that he "might have time to go there Saturday around 3:00" and that he would "let me know on my way there." I replied that this would be fine and requested that he text me if he could not make it. He replied, "Ok." That Saturday, he neither showed up nor contacted me. In the week that followed, I heard nothing from him. As I've said in other reviews, there are four things I look for in a contractor: cost, competence, commitment, and communication. This contractor failed in those last two. Mine was a small job, so presumably lower priority for a contractor, and I would certainly understand if he decided not to take it. But it takes little time to text someone to let them know that you won't keep the appointment and that you have decided to pass on the job. Had he done so, I would not have left a review. As it is, though, I cannot recommend him.
