- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
$68.00/hr with a 2 hour minimum. I often ask customers to have a list so that we can use up the entire time. I also price some jobs by the item so as to give an easily compared cost.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to meet with the customer in person to discuss the scope of the project and work out a reasonable timeline for completion. This includes getting design and color choices so that the customer and I have a good understanding of the final product.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Electronic Service Technician training and 14 yrs of exp. Working in the construction field since 1978 from breaking ground through Certificate Of Occupancy and every step in between. Construction Superintendent and Management. Running my own Handyman Service since 1997. Current on First Aid/CPR, EPA required Lead safe work practices and Competent person Fall Protection training. (The last two are hard to get.)
