- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing varies dependent on the project, disposal fees may be added if removed material is to be removed from property or if a larger vehicle is necessary to perform the required work. I try to save everyone as much money as possible and will work with your budget.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Introducing myself upon arrival, asking pertinent questions regarding their expectations and what they want to avoid and if they have any questions for me. Answer questions accordingly, give a detailed account of what I will be doing to ensure we are on the same page, and diving right into the job rarely stopping.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Hvac training(gas piping, gas leak detection, gas leak repair, water heater draining, earthquake strapping duct sealing, earthquake gas shut off valves, exhaust piping etc.) I have been doing carpentry and wood work since I was 5, auto detailing, there’s more I can do than can’t and always more to learn.
