I am extremely grateful to Ricky, and I believe it is my responsibility to tell you that he and his team are not only skilled in their craftsmanship, but also have clear processes, work efficiently, offer reasonable prices, and are exceptionally responsible and kind. Our society needs this kind of business ethics. As a busy mom, I couldn't personally go to my rental property, so I had to communicate with Ricky remotely. Moreover, I had no experience in installing LVP, and I must admit I tend to worry easily, but the process and results put my mind at ease. The flooring is not only level but also precisely cut to fit the many corners in my kitchen and hallway, and his team worked with high efficiency, completing the job faster than promised, ensuring I could rent the property on time. From the initial inquiry, Ricky didn't resort to the tricks that some other vendors might use, for example, his estimated sqf was most true to size while other vendors' inflated! He was always sincere, concise, and straightforward. He also proactively informed me about crucial progress and plans, keeping me well-informed throughout the process. During this project, several unexpected issues arose that were not within Ricky's scope of work. However, since I couldn't be present in person, Ricky went out of his way to help. For instance, when there was an issue with my online purchase order, Ricky found the materials offline for me. He also adjusted his schedule when the painting of the house took longer than expected. Additionally, due to color discrepancies, I made a last-minute decision to install kitchen flooring, and Ricky did his best to complete it on time. I just cannot list all the details I am thankful for - even the videos and photos he took were more meticulous than those from my other vendors. I have worked with many vendors on Thumbrack, and many of them are just looking to make a quick profit, trying to minimize their investment in your project. However, Ricky is like a reliable friend; he considers your difficulties and helps you as much as possible. Ricky & his family did an amazing job removing carpet and vinyl downstairs and replacing it with beautiful laminate flooring for us. They worked quickly and incredibly hard and far exceeded our expectations. We had interviewed at least 5 companies / installers and Aztek Floors was the clear choice - hired them on the spot and cancelled our remaining appts for bids. They are a family owned / operated business who really take pride in their work and believe making clients happy is the best way to succeed. We couldn’t recommend them more highly (already referred my best friend & a client to them) and we are looking forward to sharing our great experience with whoever we know looking for floors!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
i charge a flat fee for installation that includes removal of old flooring, haul away and dump and installation anything extra we can discuss.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I try to get all the needed info of the project over the phone, email or text for an accurate estimate i also offer in home measuring to be accurate if client does not have that information available. On the spot transparent estimates.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Worked for a Home Depot, Lowes & Carpet liquidators sub contractor crews before going off on my own.
