- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I moved from full time real estate into home inspections for several reasons. I felt that I was suited for it with my past experience, both in construction and real estate. I know both how the houses should be made and how an inspection should be done and written. I also started inspecting so that my evenings could be spent with my family.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Make sure that your inspector is qualified, licensed, but is also knows how to write a report that is understandable by you.
