What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer referral discounts! Also after the first 6 weeks there is a weekly rate assessed per bid, usually around $100-200/wk
Payment is due at the time of install. We do not offer refunds
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We collect as much info as possible. Usually a site visit is the best way for us to understand the exact needs of the job. From there, the one fee includes setup, remaining for up to six weeks, and then take down.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
Growing up, Robert’s father worked in real estate since the late 90’s, while he himself has real estate staging experience since 2015
