Came exactly in time and started right away removing the rocks and concrete blocks from under the deck. He even lowered his original price estimate when he saw the job is not as big as the posted photo. We ended up asking him to remove more junk from the backyard and garage - he readily accepted and was upfront about any additional costs which we felt was fair. He even offered to take away few filled trash bags since there was room in the truck.

All that was left in our expensive storage space was an old grandfather clock that we coundn't budge. Nate (who gave us a quote 50% less than other pros) hefted that clock into his truck and off he went and we were able to close out that storage space. Great job, on time, professional, friendly--I wish I had more junk.

Nate is great! Extremely communicative and very nice! He was able to problem solve and make room in the load to fit a dresser I added last minute. Nate was also (overly) careful to not damage any of the already trashed common area walls as he was bringing my junk to the truck. Nate will be my go-to person moving forward! We are already in talks about a couple more projects because he was just that spectacular! Book him!
