- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
For me, the customer deserves respect and prices and discounts depends on the work I live in this business and birds can not give a discount But we are happy to try to make it and work as best we can is a small company but we like our work thanks
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
For a new client, my process is easy, it's just trying to understand the client's needs and what work they want to do and give them a good price and be comfortable with the clients and make them happy and have good communication with them and laugh
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
the education that I have about the work that I like to be this type of work and my back almost 14 years of working in the same of landscaping true that there highs and lows like all business but with desire and effort everything can and thanks to God
