Pasch Environmental is a small, locally-owned mold and cleanup company just getting off the ground here in Washington. We’re experienced in water damage, demo, and mold situations, and we’re now offering our services independently to homeowners, landlords, and property managers looking for affordable, reliable work.
We don’t have a huge crew or fancy branding — just a few people who know how to spot the problem, explain it clearly, and handle it right. Whether it's demolition, mold cleanup, crawlspace odors, or water-damage,and vocs we take on jobs with care and haste.

We hoped our bathroom wall mold would go away on its own, but called PES when the situation got too bad to handle. We were scared for our health and our pets, but David was quick to put us at ease on the phone and tell us every step of how they would fix the problem. They worked with our complex, and within hours their crew was at our place. It only took a day for them to rip out the bad parts, and after a week the walls were totally dry! If you have mold you’ve been trying to ignore, call PES!!
