I had a generally positive experience with Matt. He communicated effectively, taking the time to explain my options clearly and ensure I understood the process. He successfully completed multiple aspects of my yard project, including installing gravel and bark, and left the site clean and tidy afterward. My only concern was an important item in the agreed scope of work that needed attention. I had emphasized its significance, but despite his efforts, he was unable to resolve it. He explained the challenges and offered DIY suggestions, which I appreciated. However, I was disappointed that the full agreed-upon price was charged despite this key task remaining incomplete. Overall, the quality of the completed work was good, and I’d recommend him for similar projects, though I’d suggest clarifying expectations around pricing for incomplete items upfront.
