The name BAIKAL SERVICES® came from our love and absolute delight towards the Lake Baikal. Our company's slogan "Baikal® - The Pearl Of Service®" came from the lake's nickname - "The Pearl of Siberia," which represents our standards of quality we aim to provide.

It is true. :) Chris is truly the type of person that enjoys helping others, meeting new people and working with people. He enjoys solving problems and dealing with new challenges on a daily basis in the plumbing and heating world. Chris describes his work as a mind stimulating, very interesting, challenging yet entertaining. Marta has always been the type of person that enjoyed working in the office, on the computer, and on the phone.
