- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My prices are very affordable and depending on the project I offer military & emergency services discount. I also discount or even provide free service to clients that refer businesses that continually use my services.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My monthly services start on the 1st or 15th of every month. Service doesn't start until I receive payment and once I receive payment I send a welcome email to get the necessary information needed to start the project.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I started by accident when social media was pretty new and there were not very many resources out there to learn from and engage with.
