- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our standard rate for the handyman tasks is $65 per hour, with a minimum charge of 2 hours. In addition, we offer a service call for a fee of $125, which can be waived if you choose to hire us for the work required.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
To initiate our services, please submit a job request via the Thumbtack app. My assistant, Maria, will respond to your request promptly and offer either a rough estimate or schedule an estimate appointment at your convenience. Furthermore, you have the option to conveniently book our services online for a service call. Our skilled professional, Sergei, will arrive promptly, assess the project, and take all necessary measurements to provide an accurate estimate. Afterward, Maria will contact you with a bid for the job and to arrange a work start date. Once the work is completed, Maria will issue an invoice and provide you with various payment options for your convenience.
