Samual was incredible! He responded quickly to my last minute request after we had a slight mishap at home and the light from the ceiling fell to the floor. We tried installing a new ceiling fan on our own but quickly realized that we were not equipped to do the job on a 110 year old house. Sam arrived on time and got straight to work! He went to the store to buy a bracket and new updated socket. He installed the bracket and the new socket and attached it all to the joists. That thing is so stable I feel like I could safely hang from it if I wanted to. His fee was extremely reasonable. I’ll be using him again for sure!
