It was a pleasure working with Alex. He’s personable, helpful and knowledgeable. He spoke with us, assessed the issues and explained what he recommended. His team were awesome, they worked hard, did a great job and completed the job in one day. Jesse, the team lead was professional, kind and respectful. I cannot recommend Attic Crawl enough! I was dealing with a stressful rodent issue in my crawl space and had initially received a quote from a large pest control company that felt incredibly overpriced. I reached out to Attic Crawl for a second opinion, and they quoted me almost exactly half the price for even more work! Alex came for inspection and estiamte, and he was incredibly thorough, honest, and straightforward. He didn't use scare tactics or try to upsell me on things I didn't need. When it came time for the actual project, Jesse and his crew were phenomenal. They handled the rodent exclusion, sanitizing, and duct rewrapping with superb quality and professionalism. They even provided the before-and-after photos I requested so I could verify the excellent work without having to crawl under the house myself. If you are in the Bellevue or Greater Seattle area and need crawl space work, do yourself a favor and get a quote from Alex and the team before you sign anything. They deliver top-tier work at a very fair price.

Alex is amazing! Had to call for his service couple of times. Both times very punctual, professional and honest. No attempts to upsell anything. Both times he spent time diagnosing the problem, sharing his honest advice on how to remediate and left without a charge. Contrast to other companies who tried to problem solving over phone without even looking at the problem. Alex will be my go to guy for anything pest related here on. Highly recommend.

I highly recommend Attic Crawl! They redid my crawl space to include sealing everything up, new insulation, vapor barrier and new entry door! They did an excellent job from start to finish and I now have total peace of mind! Job was priced right and worth every penny. The team was professional, timely, transparent and meticulous with the details. I was speechless when I saw the before and after pics. Thank you so much!

So excited that bird family in attic has been removed! No more strange noises in the attic. Not only removed, but then the attic, soffit and roof openings screened to prevent from happening in the future. Such as great experience dealing with Alex for scheduling, and technican Victor was a real pro! No pressure. No attempts at upselling. Just a laser focus on removing the pest and then making sure it doesn't revisit! Highly recommend you deal with Attic Crawl Inc for a stress free experience in making your home free of pests.
