I am a seasoned professional with extensive experience valuing single-family, condominium, and multi-family properties. I am organized and detail-oriented with a systematic approach to value. After completing my apprenticeship in 2007, I worked as a high-volume staff appraiser covering all of King and Pierce Counties for several years. In 2014 opened my own office and have since deliberately focused more on the South Sound and Tacoma market areas choosing to focus more on the ‘quality’ of the reports I am writing rather than ‘quantity’. Having resided in Federal Way for all of my 55 years, I have become very familiar with the nuances of individual South Sound neighborhoods, as well as being more overall knowledgeable about these market areas. I believe this appraisal practice approach serves everyone’s best interests, in that, it gives the client some peace of mind in knowing that their appraiser possesses the knowledge and familiarity of their individual market area
