Evagreen stained and sealed my stamped concrete patio and steps. They both look new and fresh again. It had been years since the last seal so the concrete was very porous and it soaked up a lot of sealant. Paea (Bill) hand brushed every crease and made sure the surface was completely sealed. Bill answered all of my questions, offered suggestions and did not try to sell me unneeded services. He also asked me questions to understand what I was trying to accomplish. His price was very competitive with the three other bids I received. I will use Evegreen when I need this work done again.

We needed the perimiter of our concrete subfloor of our living room leveled in order to have flooring installed. We were on a tight schedule and I worked with Bill to coordinate a quick onsite review of the job. He had Tony out for a quote the next day and Pea completed a great job the day after. I would work with Evergreeen again for future contract work.

Bill was on time and immediately responded when I would contact him. I hired Evagreen to demo a 20x30 concrete slab and remove some large bushes and yard waste. He completed the work over two consecutive days. He was fairly priced within the market and I enjoyed working with him. Would hire again.

I needed the extremely non-uniform slab in my basement leveled, stained and sealed. Evagreen came in and did a great job at a reasonable price. Paea was very accommodating and offered a lot of useful advice about the job and general house maintenance. The basement looks amazing!

Bill was very professional with his work. I inquired over 4 different contractors to fix a crack in the front steps of my condo (due to a tree root), and only Bill responded in a timely manner, had great communication with me, explained what he would do and what parts needed to be fixed (removing the tree, removing and putting the custom railings back on, leveling the concrete, etc.). He also was the only contractor that had a proper invoice and was overall very professional. Although some of the other contractors I contacted with had a cheaper price, overall, I got a sense that they weren't willing to actually fix the root cause of the problem, but had more of a band-aid short-term fix (such as just fixing half of the concrete or not removing the tree that was causing the problem). I would highly recommend hiring Bill for any concrete work and would definitely reach out to him again for any future concrete work.
