- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I am not cheap but also I am very honest with pricing.i only charge management fee for me to run the project but other than that, estimates are free
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to get to know then personally and hear their needs first about their project other than trying to sell them the big package
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Training at several companies before opening my Own business.
