Contacted Apex on a Thursday afternoon and they arrived promptly on a Friday morning to help diagnose an issue with wall thermostat/electric heating unit. They checked all wiring and then left/returned to purchase a new thermostat for us plus installation. Wiring behind the unit looked complex for us, and since we’re not electricians, we wanted a professional to assist. New thermostat works perfectly and now I don’t have a frigid bathroom anymore. Total price was a little on the high side, 350 for diagnostic, thermostat, and installation, but, I’m honestly grateful for quick, professional, licensed, and kind service. You absolutely get what you pay for and I’m very satisfied with their services. Thanks again!

What a quick and easy fix! I found these guys late one evening, and the very next morning they came by to just to inspect, troubleshoot and quote the repair but it quickly turned into a full permanent fix right then and there!
