FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Every home is different, and so is every electrical system. That’s why we don’t believe in one-size-fits-all pricing. We send a licensed electrician to assess your specific situation and provide upfront, flat-rate options before any work begins. You'll always know exactly what to expect. There are no surprise charges, no hourly rates, and no fees for trips to the supply house. We also offer membership discounts and flexible options to fit a variety of budgets.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start by listening. When you reach out, our team will ask a few questions to understand your needs and schedule a licensed electrician to visit your home. At the appointment, your electrician will evaluate the issue or project, walk you through customized options, and provide flat-rate pricing before any work begins. Whether it’s a simple fix or a larger upgrade, we make sure you're informed, comfortable, and never pressured. From there, we get to work with care, cleanliness, and a commitment to doing the job right.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All of our electricians are licensed in Washington State. Before becoming licensed, they complete a state-approved apprenticeship that includes 8,000 hours (typically over 4 years) of supervised, hands-on training along with classroom instruction in electrical theory, safety, and local code requirements. We only send licensed electricians to perform work in your home. Every technician is also background checked, so you can feel confident about who you’re inviting in.
