Great to work with, showed up in a short notice, figured out the problem in 5 mins where the previous tech from Arctic Heat failed and saved me a bunch by not suggesting furnace replacement. His estimate for board replacement (not needed) was also very reasonable compared to others. Really like the work, speed and issue resolution.

Brandon was so knowledgeable, helpful, and professional. I had an appointment for today, but he called and asked if he could come by yesterday instead, since he was in the area. It worked out perfectly with my schedule, and he showed up 30 minutes later. He was able to successfully install my thermostat and even helped me set it up. I had asked him a question about my fireplace and he was willing to assist me with getting it up and running again. Needless to say, I will definitely be using Pro Temp again. 5/5!

Pro Temp LLC did an amazing job--far outbid other HVAC companies by nearly half the estimates of the 'other guys'. I got a great air handler unit, thermostat, and heat pump all properly sized for my single-family home, and they handled everything from start to finish (including the electrical work needed).
