We had water damage in a lower bathroom and in the kitchen/family areas. Nikolay and crew did a fine job in repairing and refinishing our floors. They worked hard and completed the project very quickly and beautifully.

Called Nicko on Labor day 2015 about replacing flooring in my office room, about 130 sq ft. He came over in less than 30 minutes (lives close by) and gave me an estimate for the job and we agreed on a date. He delivered the wood and I gave him a deposit for the amount of the wood. The wood needed to adjust to the conditions in my house and he came back the next week to install it. He put on 3 coats of Swedish finish over 3 days leaving a day in the middle to dry. He sanded between coats and detail sanded along the walls by hand. The job exceeded my expectations and looks great. He did an excellent job of blending the new floor with the existing floor at the doorway so you don't notice any difference. He will be putting hardwood floor in my living room in about 2 weeks. The wood has already been delivered. His price is very competitive. He is a small operation and will not burden you with contracts, written estimates and paperwork, just good honest craftsmanship. He communicates well by cellphone and email and that will be your record of his bid.

They came to remodel my kitchen and living room. They put beautiful tile In my kitchen and geuorges hardwood floors in my living room. They showed up on time, finished the project in the time agreed upon with outstanding quality. They are really friendly people and really professional. I highly recommend this company. Will be my only flooring company I will use.
