I had an excellent experience working with KSV Services LLC. They removed the old flooring, installed radiant heating (heated floors) in the main areas of our home, and then professionally installed beautiful hardwood floors. The entire process was smooth, fast, and very well organized.
The quality of their work is outstanding — everything was done carefully, cleanly, and with great attention to detail. It has been over a year since the installation, and the floors still look absolutely perfect.
What I especially appreciated is their professionalism and the warranty they provided. Even though we haven’t had any issues at all, having a warranty gives peace of mind and shows how confident they are in their work.
