I originally scheduled one carpet repair, and the night before I asked if they could also complete a second patch. They were able to handle both jobs the same day on short notice, which I really appreciated.
The quality of the work is excellent everything looks clean, secure, and well done. They brought all their own materials and even cleaned up and vacuumed the area before leaving, which made a big difference.
There is a slight color difference in one area, but that is due to the carpet itself, not their work. The installation and repair were done beautifully.
Overall, they were respectful, efficient, and easy to work with. I will definitely be hiring them again for another project soon.
