- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I try to keep my prices at a reasonable price. Some discounts can be applied based on circumstances
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Once we have a brief introduction I send a questionnaire to the couples to get to know them a little better and understand more about their relationship and who they are. After the questionnaire we meet in person or via zoom and discuss the answers so I can get to feel the energy of the couple. Then write a speech/sermon for their ceremony. For Notary jobs, once we confirm that I will be doing the notarization I get your address or the location of the signing and we agree upon a time and I come notarize your documents
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have National Notary Association (NNA) training for notarizations and have been background checked by the NNA. I also have take a course provided by the state of Washington for Notaries. For Weddings I have my license through the Universal Life Church.
