- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I always use Homewyse as a starting reference to my pricing per task. This well informed zip code based website allows my clients to see, verify, feel, and understand what fair pricing is per task. Depending on the task/project, I adjust accordingly. Tasks/projects are always different, so this website allows us both to be well educated about pricing.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Contact via text message is recommended for first contact. I will respond at first opportunity where I will ask what task(s) are needing to be assisted with, the more information that a client can provide assists me in arriving in best preparedness.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I started sheetrocking at age 16, but did not stop there! Framing, finish carpentry, paint, carpet, tile, mortar, drystack, brick, veneer work, and waterproofing, is just a small list of areas of expertise I have accomplished. I am great at assembly of shelves, t.v. stands, and other household furniture items. Appliance repairs, also a YES!
