- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is a flat fee, based off of the complexity of the event. This is negotiable because I make every effort to appeal to all of my clients needs.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to schedule a meeting to discuss their event and build it with them from the ground up. Everything will be designed and coordinated to their specific needs. This allows them to make their dream a reality. I strongly feel that while I provide a service, it is THEIR day/event and I do all I can to make them the driver and respect their needs and wishes.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a self taught professional. I've watched and shadowed the pros for years, including my dad. In that time I have perfected my craft, morphing it into memorable experiences for my clients. I also only use professional, high quality equipment to produce crisp, clear, excellent sound and lighting.
