- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Make me an offer. My pricing is flexible and intended to be fair. I’m not here to overcharge - my goal is to use my skills to support and give back to the community by helping people bring their projects to life.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I start by understanding the customer’s goals, constraints, and priorities, most of the time via phone call. From there, I assess the project scope, develop a clear action plan, and establish communication expectations. I aim for transparency and efficiency throughout the process.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have 8 years of hands-on experience in construction management, including managing multimillion-dollar builds. My background includes extensive experience with a large general contractor, where I received ongoing training in scheduling, budgeting, procurement, field coordination, and quality control. In addition, I bring 8 years of service from the United States Army Reserves as a 12A Engineer Officer, where I ended my career at the rank of Captain.
