HighTide talks the talk, but the execution lacks. Took a long time to get the house painted. Spray overs occurred a lot. Schedule was erratic. Made multiple requests to be paid when the job had not been completed. Nice guy with good knowledge, but he's struggling.

I hired Hightide to remodel my front porch that was rotten and create and lay a concrete walkway leading to the porch. Troy not only gave me an estimate by the next day but I had 3 options to choose from all of which surpassed my expectation of in craftsmanship functionality and budget. He worked with me to break payments up which allowed me to have the little upgrades I didn't think I could afford. I will say it took a few days longer than originally estimated but he communicated with me daily and kept me up to date with progress when I had questions. Working with him and his team I felt I could trust them to construct my vision and I couldn't be more thrilled with how beautiful my new porch and walkway look! It's beautifully stained and he even incorporated some of his custom features along the walkway and railings of the porch. He was transparent and even went above and beyond to clean up better than when he arrived. He's a professional dad just working hard and I was happy to hire local talent I knew would see the job through and I left assured if anything needed to be done in the future I could call and receive the same honest value and commitment to the quality work he provides.
