- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is fair and based on the time and materials needed for each job. I try to be upfront so there are no surprises. For larger or longer projects, I can sometimes offer a small discount.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, I like to hear what the customer needs and ask a few questions to understand the scope of the job. If needed, I’ll come by to take a look and then give an estimate. Once we agree, I schedule the work and keep the customer updated along the way.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I’ve learned through hands-on work over the last 4 years, starting with basic repairs and gradually taking on more complex tasks. I’ve also worked under experienced contractors and picked up a lot from them.
