FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I usually base my pricing on how dirty there house is, if they have pets and kids and what they would like done. I usually charge more if they want window seals cleaned same goes for baseboards fixtures ex. but for basic surface cleaning I usually charge a cheaper price.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First I ask if we can meet so I can get to know the person and get idea on what they are looking for in a cleaning person I also ask if I can come see the house so I can get an idea what there house / office looks like so I can give the best bid possible
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I say I’ve learned by doing the job. Reading some informational books and asking questions with people that do the same work. Same goes in being a handyman my husband has done it for years and it comes easy for him. He knows how to do just about anything.
