- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We charge primarily by volume, the space your items take up in our truck. Standard rates cover most junk, and we include recycling and disposal fees in the price. Some heavy materials (like concrete or dirt) use adjusted rates, and certain items (like mattresses, refrigerators, or oversized items) have small surcharges. Every job includes two crew members and up to two man-hours of loading. We always provide an upfront estimate before we start
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
You can call, text, or book online with photos of what you need removed. We send you a clear estimate. On the day of service we text before arriving, load your items, sweep up, and take payment. Items are donated or recycled whenever possible before being disposed.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our team is trained in safe lifting, efficient job site operations, and proper disposal practices. We stay current on King County rules to make sure all items are handled legally and responsibly.
