- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
For every referral you provide to me I will give you one session free!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1) Email 2) Meet at public coffee shop of client's choosing. Discuss needs of child and what parent is looking to achieve with tutoring. Schedule first session. 3) Conduct first session. If you client feels it's a good match, have them sign Starfish Tutoring contract, and proceed from there!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
-Bachelors degree in Elementary Education and Early Childhood Education from Central Washington University (2011) -Special Education Endorsement from Seattle University (2014) -Trained in CPR, Life Space Crisis Intervention, and CPI (non-violent crisis intervention).
