Introduction: I am retired from AT&T after 29 years in various positions with the last 10 or so on the PC/Windows side of the house. I currently support local business accounts that don't need full-time IT support and can't afford to pay the rates most area tech support companies are asking. I'm flexible, and few things give me greater pleasure than making a customer happy. I have old school ethics and work habits. I'm not looking to make a fortune, but I just want enough work to keep busy and stay involved with technology. If I meet some nice people along the way, all the better.
