Sweet Life Coaching has changed my life! I have PCOS and have struggled with my weight and being healthy my whole life. I always thought that if I worked out more my problems would go away. Tavia reached out to me and opened my eyes to the importance of my health from a molecular level. She is always responsive within 24 hours or less. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Your 1st half hour with me is Complimentary! No Charge. After we decide that I am a good fit for you, I structure a program based just FOR YOU and your budget. I accept all forms of payment and can do payment plans.
My hourly rate starts at$75. However I customize packages to fit individual needs. From 30 days up to 1 year. Most choose my 12 session package to start because change truly begins after 90-120 days!
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The first step is for us to either talk on the phone or meet in person, Your choice. I ask a series of questions that help me determine where you are in life. I will then ask you about your goals and what you would like me to help you on in your health or overall life needs.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My higher education consists of an AA degree in Business, a Bachelor’s Degree in Communication -Secondary studies in Business and Sociology.
My health care education includes a Radiographic technician Certification, Graduate of Health Coach Institute, as a health and life coach dual certified ICF Accreditation, PLUS
Transformation Health Coach -
-Additional education in Functional Nutrition therapy thru the Functional Nutritional Lab school.
My knowledge is based on Holistic healing and wellness for the whole mind and body.
