Raptor responded quickly and were able to come out to fix our sewer line the next day. We had roots on our line which they cleared and repaired the pipe. Would highly recommend.

Contacted these guys on Wednesday and got taken care of the next day. Jason was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. He diagnosed the problem and had it fixed quickly. Jason gave me a bunch of options for work to improve my old plumbing system. To my surprise, he gave me a "value service discount" which brought my total cost for the visit to zero dollars. Definitely using these folks again for future jobs.

I contacted Rapid Raptor regarding running toilets in my condo. Jason showed up on time, walked with me through what was going on with each toilet and the suggested repairs. Very professional and patient with my needs. Jason drew up the quote and so I appreciate that I wasn't pressured into contracting with them for the repairs at the time of his visit. Although I do need to get the repairs done, they will honor the quote for 30 days, so at least I have time to digest the cost. I highly recommend Rapid Raptor.
