I had some popcorn ceilings that tested positive for asbestosremoved before moving into a newly purchased house. Gabriel was very responsive and quick to provide information about the asbestosremoval portion that others had not, which was ultimately why i chose to go with them, in addition to the fact that they could also handle the refinishing portion after the removal. I got regular updates and the finished ceilings look good.

Gabriel and team were very good. They setup the area very well - got rid of all the asbestos tape. Gabriel gave me recommendations for other places to watch for and how to abate it. I will hire them again next time I need work done.

A&R gave us a competitive bid on removing our asbestos popcorn ceilings. They were also able to schedule quickly to work with our timeline. The team was professional, friendly, and took good care of our home. The job supervisor, Enrique, even texted us photos of the progress. They did a great job: the place was clean and there was no damage to the ceilings or walls. All in all, we were very pleased we chose A&R Construction.

A&R came out during the Snow Storm the weekend of 2/12-2/14 from Kent, WA to my house in Vancouver, WA and were able to remove my asbestos popcorn ceilings without delay. They were punctual, professional, and communicated with us prior to the appointment to make sure we understood how it will all go. They did an amazing job removing it all & taking care of our house. No standard pricing it is much better for us and the customer for us to see the job before we put a price on it to assure a proper estimate .
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We much rather do a walk through with the home owner or contractor, so that we both feel comfortable with moving forward .
