Aleks and his team did an amazing job painting the exterior of our house! They pressure washed, caulked, wrapped, primed, and painted quickly and efficiently. Aleks was very responsive and communicated any time there was a potential additional cost so that we could decide how we wanted to proceed. I highly recommend going with Groza Construction!

Groza responded immediately, he came out the next morning to give me a quote and got to work. I was in a bind to have some patched holes painted within the same day. He sanded, primed, and matched the paint color. Groza stayed late to finish the job and even came back the next morning to check his work and do any needed touchups. The paint matched perfectly, the patches blended right in. He was very polite and throrough, I would highly recommend Groza for his services.

For exterior projects, it is also helpful to consider the condition of the siding, trim, deck, and other painted surfaces. If you are unsure about colors, materials, or the amount of preparation needed, that’s completely fine — we can inspect everything during the estimate and recommend the best approach for your project.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start by discussing the customer’s project and scheduling an on-site estimate when needed. We inspect the surfaces, discuss colors, materials, preparation, and the customer’s expectations. We then provide a clear written proposal outlining the scope of work and price. Once approved, we schedule the project, protect the property, complete all necessary preparation, and perform the painting using high-quality materials. After the work is completed, we do a final walkthrough and take care of any necessary touch-ups before the project is considered complete.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My training comes primarily from years of hands-on experience in residential painting and construction. I have developed extensive experience with interior and exterior surface preparation, pressure washing, scraping, sanding, caulking, priming, spraying, rolling, and applying professional-grade coatings. I continually improve our techniques and stay up to date on proper application methods and products to deliver durable, professional results.
