- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We provide upfront pricing whenever possible and confirm the final price after we understand your setup (roof access, chimney height, condition, and what service you need). There are no surprise charges. if anything changes, we explain it before starting. Estimates are free for most repairs, and we’re happy to offer bundle pricing when combining services
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My process is simple: we do a quick call/text to understand the issue and location, schedule a convenient appointment, arrive on time, protect your home, perform the service, explain what we found (photos when helpful), provide clear options and pricing before any repairs, then clean up completely and confirm everything is safe and working before we leave.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have hands-on industry experience in chimney and fireplace service, inspections, and repairs, and we stay up to date on best practices for safety, venting, and proper installation standards. We use professional tools and follow manufacturer guidelines and local code requirements. We’re licensed and insured.
