Craig did a great job. Came over to our house and relocated our air conditioning unit, cleaned and set it up working all in one visit. I wasn't even home and the job was done great! Highly recommend.

Craig installed a ductless heat pump system in my 1930 home. I was very happy with the process. He communicated clearly, showed up on time, and was considerate about noise and disruption while working. He minimized damage to our lathe and plaster walls too. Now the heat system is up and running in time for the cooler weather, and we are very happy with the results. I am looking forward to a cooler house next summer.

new gas furnace, AC & condenser, move gas line & replace cold air return duct-
Craig was real easy to work with and handled my OCD moments with class. He even got my condenser line (which had to drain by the front door) to look kind of cute (attaching a little ornamental spigot-thingy to it). I would refer Home Construction Services to anyone, and will use them again for servicing and any new projects.

Craig bailed me out of a real problem. I bought a house and the furnace turned out to be unsafe. Craig installed a new one and brought a few other things up to code. Loved the quick response, quality work, and price!
