Oleg saved me when I was in a pinch. I had forgotten that a closet installer was coming in a few days, and needed some plumbing from an old vanity removed from the soon to be coset stat. Once onsite, and started working, we found that the work needed was a bit more in depth and required additional parts, as this plumbing was shared by another bathroom, but that didn't prevent him from getting it done correctly. He came on time, was very professional and go the job done. I would definitely recommend him, and will use his services in the future too.

This was our first time hiring a contractor, and we were thrilled to have found 1st Proservice! As many of the reviews state below, they were extremely responsive from our first inquiry, and throughout our entire scope of work. We especially enjoyed working with Daniel, Rakhim and Oleg. All of the contractors who were sent to work on our project were punctual, on time and respectful. Oleg was thoughtful and helped us achieve an end result that we are thrilled with. Below is a list of projects their team helped us complete within a 7 week timeline (over the holiday season!):
-Full kitchen remodel (tear down wall to create a new cohesive space) -New flooring throughout, including staircase -Build out and install fireplace and built-in surround -Replace all baseboards, window trim and install new interior doors throughout

Wow! I contacted 1st Proservice LLC with my request and almost immediately received a response. Within 24 hours we got a quote, set up the appointment and the work was expertly done. Very prompt, professional and capable. We thought we could install our own bathroom vanity and sink but kept running into problems. They solved everything, even the problems we probably caused ourselves. We would hire this company again and can highly recommend without reservation!

1st Proservice is a great value proposition for whatever you need done. I hired them to remodel my bathrooms and repair some water damage, and the result looks very close to my inspiration pictures and feels physically very solid. The tiling work in particular looks and feels strong and clean. I wouldn't call it a "luxury build" but 1st Proservice doesn't charge luxury prices: for the price I am more than satisfied. Not all of the finishing touches were perfect the first time, but the team is very responsive and dedicated to making it right. Very trustworthy hire, would do business again.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Proposed prices might not always fit you, however we can always discuss that. Don't be shy to name the price that fits you. I am sure we can always reach an understanding.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Problem description usually describes at least 70% of the overall issue. If you are ready to provide a bigger description and more photos, I should be able to give a more precise estimate. In most cases, the estimate on the first visit is done for free. If possible, the problem will be fixed immediately
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a bachelor in sea transport engineering, as well as work experience in gas piping of two years. Fixing up bathroom or kitchen water supply systems are my hobby that I have been doing for the last 20 years.
