I had a small section of wall that needed to be texturized to match the surrounding walls. 1st Proservice was able to schedule an appointment quickly, was easy and quick to communicate with, and did such a great job. 10/10 would definitely recommend.

1st Proservice is a great value proposition for whatever you need done. I hired them to remodel my bathrooms and repair some water damage, and the result looks very close to my inspiration pictures and feels physically very solid. The tiling work in particular looks and feels strong and clean. I wouldn't call it a "luxury build" but 1st Proservice doesn't charge luxury prices: for the price I am more than satisfied. Not all of the finishing touches were perfect the first time, but the team is very responsive and dedicated to making it right. Very trustworthy hire, would do business again.

We have an old two-story house and needed help installing 3 gables that we had purchased and painted several years ago. I’m fairly new to Thumbtack and wasn’t even sure I’d find someone to do this type of job. But 1ST PROSERVICE responded quickly to my work request and scheduled us within a few days. The guys did a beautiful job installing the gables! We are very happy with the results. Their work was excellent and the price was very fair.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Problem description usually describes at least 70% of the overall issue. If you are ready to provide a bigger description and more photos, I should be able to give a more precise estimate. In most cases, the estimate on the first visit is done for free. If possible, the problem will be fixed immediately
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a bachelor in sea transport engineering, as well as work experience in gas piping of two years. Fixing up bathroom or kitchen water supply systems are my hobby that I have been doing for the last 20 years.
