I’ve been working with Roland on and off since 2012, and he’s always done excellent work. Whether it’s concrete, carpentry, electrical, installations of cabinetry, appliances, windows or doors, Roland is a real old-school craftsman. When he has subbed things out (sheet rock taping and hardwood floor finishing) the folks he brings in are equally as skilled as he is.

We hired Roland repeatedly over the years to do all types of repair and remodeling work. He did everything from plumbing to electrical, tile work, rough and finish carpentry, all to very high standards of quality and design.
He completely replaced our stairs and stairway leading to our basement. He re-created our unfinished basement to include a large bedroom with added egress, added a large somewhat luxurious bathroom, he replaced our occasionally leaky cement basement floor with new floor with included french drainage which no longer leaks. Roland is a Master Craftsman who designed and built a beautiful front portico for our front entrance. He replaced our back cedar deck with a slightly bigger deck. The list goes on and on to include a lot of other work/jobs large and small. I have included photos of the new bathroom that he added to our basement (most recently).

Did a lot of work for me throughout the yearsome electrical repaired an area of the building that was damaged due to some demolition work next to my building. Always showed Up.on time. Did very quality work. Got the work Done.
