- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing depends on the size of the project, prep work, and materials used. We offer fair, transparent estimates with no hidden fees. For larger jobs or repeat clients, we sometimes include discounts. Every quote is customized so you know exactly what you’re paying for.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First I visit the site to look at the space and discuss what the customer wants. Then I provide a clear written estimate and timeline. Once approved, we schedule the job, handle prep work carefully, and stay in touch through the whole process until everything looks perfect.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I completed safety and surface-prep training, color and finish courses, and hands-on experience under licensed professionals before starting my own business. Over the years I’ve kept learning new techniques and products to deliver better, longer-lasting finishes.
