What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer good prices and good quality, also I offer some free maintenance after 6 months of finishing the job. Please, feel free to ask more about this.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, it will be a small interview with the customer to verify what exactly we need, also I go to their residence to check the area. After that, I start working and at the end of the day, I cleaned the area so well, you won't realize somebody was working in your house.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am certified installer by wedi in the wedi system. I'm a masterheater flooring installer by MasterHeat. Schuter system certified installer by Schulter and Exterior tile and stone installation system by Ardex.
