Excellent Customer Service and an Amazing Recovery

I wanted to share my overall experience with Clean Pro NW because, although it did not start out the way I expected, I ended up being extremely impressed with how the company handled my concerns.

I originally booked a deep cleaning for my home, but unfortunately, the first cleaning did not meet my expectations. Several important areas were missed, and I contacted the company to explain my concerns.

What really changed my experience was how quickly and professionally the manager responded. Rather than dismissing my concerns or making excuses, they listened, took responsibility, and immediately worked to make things right. They arranged for another cleaner, Blyth, to come to my home today.

Blyth did a phenomenal job! The difference was incredible. She was thorough, detailed, hardworking, and gave my home the level of attention I had originally expected from a deep cleaning. I am extremely happy with the results.

To me, good customer service isn’t necessarily about everything going perfectly the first time—it is also about how a company responds when something doesn’t go as planned. Clean Pro NW listened to my concerns and followed through with a solution, and that completely turned my experience around.

Because of the manager’s responsiveness and Blyth’s outstanding work, I would absolutely recommend Clean Pro NW to others. And a special thank you to Blyth for taking such wonderful care of my home!

This was my first time using Clean Pros, they were very responsive and they helped me make contact as needed. They responded ASAP unlike many who might have you waiting until almost the very last minute of your appointed time to get things initiated. But because Clean Pros are so responsive you do not have to worry about running out of time if you need your living quarters cleaned on a particular time and date, you set your appointment date and time as needed.

Ronnie was my house cleaner, I was happy to get him, he was proficient at his job and if I needed special attention to something he made sure to take special care that it was done just as I asked. The young man was mannerable and respectful which I liked, he was also quiet personable as well and I liked that he asked before touching certain things to be moved and or how I wanted him to do things.

I would hire him again in the future. He did an excellent job and took instructions well. This is very important when you are particular about mantaining a level of high standard quality and professional cleaning protocol. Thank you Clean Pros/ Ronnie for providing quality service. I look forward to doing business with your company again and I welcome the opportunity to having the pleasure of having this very hard working gentleman, Ronnie to do the work again, it was indeed a pleasure.

they were very communicative. the cleaner was professionally and did a great job. will definitely use them again. I requested a deep clean of a 600sq ft apartment due to respiratory issues. They took special care to inspect the home and identify/propose areas they believed they should focus on within the time commitment. I truly appreciate their communication and got the job done amazingly well. highly recommend.
