We love these guys! They came all the way from Kent to Everett to help us unload a car full of belongings that had to go up three flights of stairs to our new apartment. Pleasant, polite and careful with everything. I can’t recommend them highly enough. Use them. You will be glad you did!

Omg I wish I could clean like this🥹. The Lotus Service team was great, I don’t have a complaint. Very respectful and went to work. I was able to go about my day and come back to everything looking brand new! Great work!

Pricing was a bait and switch. They list an hourly rate but then tell you they bill and time block which is 10x the price of the hourly. Did not hire.

Sorry to hear about your experience Diane K. wish you would have said something instead of not being honest and truthful about what transpired.
You agreed to the service and we had a family emergency (husband had accident). We canceled due to this emergency not you and there was never a bait and switch. clearly posted $60 hr. your reply: Hi! Sorry for the delay as we had to connect schedules and meet. After speaking with my housemate, we have a few other things we need help with (moving minor objects) possibly help with putting a chair together. If you're still free this coming Friday, please let me know. You will need to being a ladder as we don't have one. Text is best. 206-250-8993
