- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
No, since every project scope of services are different every projects fees are based on the scope of services required and if the project is a concept feasibility study, preliminary design only, or a full project design with construction documents and project management after the design & construction document and permit submittals. These are examples of different types of scopes of service for projects.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I want to get to know what there concept is all about. I always want a detailed menu if I am responsible for the Restaurant Design, Bar Design, Foodservice design, Interior Design of the project. I need to know what the scope of services I am going to be responsible for to give the client a complete and accurate fee proposal for there project.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a BDS Bachelor of Design Science in Interior Architecture & Design from Arizona State College of Architecture class of '79. Graduate courses in Lighting Design. Over 30 years of hands on restaurant & Foodservice design training have designed over 500 restaurants, over 300 Bars and over 1,500 Foodservice facilities during my career.
