Junior was able to come to my home a day earlier than what he originally scheduled, he was punctual, professional and gave a reasonable and fair estimate for my deck roof repair, it required a small patch went ahead and hired him he completed the job that afternoon fixed the leak ! Thanks Jr!

Junior responded to my request within 10 minutes and said he could be here within the hour to look at my small roof leak in this 7-unit condominium, to determine what was needed, and provide an estimate. He was here in 45 minutes. He spent solid time on the roof looking and taking pictures. Roof leaks are notorious n their difficulty to actually find the source, especially in my case, since there is no crawl space in my 3rd floor, 20ft vaulted ceiling. We decided on a graduated approach, first sealing a series of roofing nails that appeared to be suspiciouson the same day. If that doesn't take care of it, we have another plan and next step set up. Very fair arrangement and good solid approach. In the meantime he took other pictures showing that the roof needs to be cleaned as well as the gutters and will send me an estimate on those. Knowledgeable and responsive. Thank you, Junior.

We had a good experience working with Junior. He took his time to complete quality work with attention to detail and left things nice and clean. He was also very patient and flexible with us as our project of staining/painting became a bit more than initially expected. We would be happy to work with him again.

I hired Magic clean & paint to paint my whole house and decks. Communication was very professional, the price was reasonable and the finished product was great. I would definitely work with them again on future projects.
